Union Minister for Coal and Mines, Govt. of India Member of Parliament – Secunderabad Constituency
Affectionately and reverentially called as ‘Kishananna ’, Mr. G. Kishan Reddy is a vivid example of what one can achieve through sheer determination and hard work.
Inspired by the Nation-First conviction, he has focused on improving the living conditions of the people and has brought about a perceptible change in many lives. Taking into cognizance that hundreds of children were succumbing to heart-related ailments, he unleashed a massive movement, demanding the government to save the sick child-heart patients and civil society. The then government, in due recognition and appreciation of the intensity of the issue came up with a scheme to save the child-heart patients. In due recognition of his passion for the cause of children, the UNICEF honoured him with the ‘Child-Friendly Legislator’ award. We are honored to have Mr. G. Kishan Reddy grace our event with his presence and valuable insights

MISSION CRITICAL 2025 is co-organized by two visionary nonprofits, Compassionate Patient Response (CPR) and Mission ICU. Both were born in the darkest days of the pandemic, driven by one purpose: to strengthen India’s critical care capacity from the ground up.
Founded at the peak of the pandemic by Dr. Satya Garimella and Krishna Kottapalli, CPR works to bring life-saving ICU facilities to semi-urban and rural India. CPR identifies hospitals most in need and mobilizes resources to deliver equipment and infrastructure that save lives.
Co-founded by Dr. Ashwin Naik, Maanoj Shah, and Dr. Edmond Fernandes, Mission ICU is a volunteer-driven initiative that emerged during the COVID-19 crisis. Its mission: to bridge India’s urban-rural healthcare gap by upgrading hospitals with critical care infrastructure.
Together, CPR and Mission ICU combine policy insight, grassroots experience, and operational excellence. Their collaboration has already delivered tangible results, like equipping Rangaraya Hospital in Andhra Pradesh with critical care support.
With MISSION CRITICAL 2025, they are uniting once again to ensure this is not just an event for ideas but a catalyst for national change, one that shapes India’s healthcare resilience for the next century.
